Appointment Policy

Please note that appointments exceeding 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to accommodate other clients and ensure a smooth schedule. We recommend allowing ample travel time to avoid any unexpected delays.
Cancellation/No-Show Policy
– Ensuring Timely Appointments: At Thrive Aesthetics and Wellness, we have a 24-hour cancellation/no-show policy. This helps us ensure timely appointments for all our guests and respect our providers time.
– Fees for Late Cancellations: Any appointment that is not canceled or results in a no-show within 24 hours will incur a fee automatically charged to the credit card on file.
– Repeated Late Cancellations: Clients with three late cancellations/no-shows may be required to prepay for future services at the time of booking. This pre-payment is non-refundable for any violation of the cancellation policy.
– Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Any pre-payment made will be credited towards your future service at Thrive Aesthetics and Wellness.
